Construction Project Manager

Sunil Construction Co. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise residential and commercial building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, site execution, team leadership, cost control, quality management, and timely project delivery.

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of total construction experience, including at least 3 years in a similar or equivalent project management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, construction plans, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities within approved budgets and quality standards.
• Supervise Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Planning Engineers, Billing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Safety Officers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, BOQs, material consumption, labour productivity, and subcontractor bills.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Identify construction delays, resolve site issues, and implement corrective and recovery plans.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation, quality inspections, snag rectification, and project handover.
• Maintain compliance with applicable statutory, labour, environmental, and construction safety requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred. Diploma in Civil Engineering may also be considered based on relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or equivalent Project Manager role.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise residential or commercial building construction.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, construction methodologies, and site management.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, billing, and subcontractor management.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project; Primavera P6 knowledge will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites as required.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on professional who can independently manage construction operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, control costs, resolve execution challenges, and deliver projects within the agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
