You will be responsible for laying out the plan, assembling your construction team, and guiding them from start to finish.

A successful L|S PM will...

• Have a background and experience in custom home construction with a foundational knowledge of construction practices and an appreciation for one-of-a-kind design. Commercial construction experience also considered.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, designers, and team members — and thrive in a close-knit environment where the company Principals are genuinely invested in every project and every person on the team.
• Demonstrate the organization and drive to manage multiple projects from start to finish, on-budget and on-time.
• Produce accurate and reliable project cost estimates and collaborate with clients and the design team on cost-engineering options to deliver best value.
• Bring an unwavering attention to detail across all aspects of the work — from shop drawing review and cost management to team communications.
• Draft and update detailed project schedules and work with Superintendents on resource allocation.
• Draft and manage subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Display intellectual curiosity and a genuine desire to improve — our systems, our processes, our results.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience, with meaningful time in custom residential or high-end commercial work
• 4-year degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $110,000.00
Maximum Salary: $170,000.00

Pay: $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
