Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Develop detailed construction schedules coordinating all activities for seamless progress.
• Monitor construction site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure clarity and feasibility before execution.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to optimize project financials and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, address issues promptly, and maintain quality standards.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing infrastructure or highway construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Strong skills in cost management, project scheduling, and budget control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication channels.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including safety oversight and quality assurance.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on time management and project coordination.
• Ability to interpret complex construction plans and technical documents accurately.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
