The Client
Think award-winning, Aboriginal-owned Perth builder with a strong reputation and a full order book. - Procure subbies, materials and services with a sharp eye on value
- Review scopes, drawings, specs and contracts

- The ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping a ball
- Solid knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
- A sound grasp of WHS and safety documentation
- Strong contract administration and reporting skills
- Confidence dealing with clients, consultants and subbies
- Good tech skills across construction/PM software and Microsoft Office
- A collaborative, lead-by-example style
- A current Australian driver’s licence and Construction White Card
Experience in government, education, health, refurbishment or fit-out projects is a big plus.
