Our Project Manager’s tasks include:

• Leading a high-performing construction team and sub-contractors to complete high quality restoration projects on time and on budget
• Working hand in hand with customers, team members, and sub trades to drive projects to completion in the most efficient manner possible
• Helping our clients navigate a potentially stressful situation by setting clear expectations, and providing transparent and timely communication
• Facilitating project meetings with multiple stakeholders, anticipating stakeholder needs, and proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects
• Maintaining, tracking, and reporting financial aspects of projects, including subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasting, and billings
• Driving and care for company take home vehicle
• Leading, training, and supporting crew of in-house team members through coaching, professional development, team meetings, and GSRs (Goal Setting and Review meetings).
• Develop and maintain good relationships with local sub trade contractors

On the tools construction experience, management experience, and a history of professional excellence is required.

Compensation package includes:

• $70,000 per year starting (depending on experience) with regular wage increases and additional bonuses on top of base pay
