RejuvenX is expanding across Florida and is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the construction and delivery of six new locations, including new MRI centers.

This is a high-ownership role for a seasoned construction professional who can manage multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout and operational handoff.

We’re looking for someone who can keep complex projects moving, proactively manage risk, hold contractors and project partners accountable, and communicate confidently with executive leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout and operational handoff
• Oversee new construction, additions, expansions, and renovations across Florida
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project performance to keep projects on schedule and within approved budgets
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting scope, schedule, cost, or project delivery
• Resolve project obstacles and escalate significant risks when necessary
• Hold contractors, consultants, and project partners accountable for deliverables
• Serve as a primary liaison between project teams and RejuvenX leadership
• Provide clear executive-level updates on progress, financials, milestones, risks, and recommended solutions
• Prepare project status reports and executive and board-level presentations
• Ensure completed locations are fully operational and meet company requirements before handoff

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong experience managing construction schedules, budgets, general contractors, and consultants
• Strong risk-management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to hold project partners accountable and drive projects forward
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience communicating project status, financials, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership
• Ability to translate complex construction issues into clear, actionable information
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly between project locations throughout Florida
• MRI or other healthcare facility construction experience preferred

Position Details

Base Salary: $95,000–$125,000
Employment: Full-time, exempt, direct-hire W-2
Location: Florida — onsite across six project locations with home-based work when field presence is not required
Travel: Regular travel between Florida project locations required
