Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, coordinating construction schedules with all stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures utilizing HeavyBid or similar estimating software.
• Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, regulatory adherence, and quality assurance; conduct regular site inspections using Civil 3D or Bluebeam for plan verification.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Prolog, or equivalent platforms for document control, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Lead project meetings to communicate progress updates, address challenges proactively, and ensure team alignment on project goals.
• Oversee project scheduling efforts by managing critical path activities and adjusting timelines as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, safety standards, environmental regulations, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within civil or commercial sectors; familiarity with managing complex infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in project management software including Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately; experience with Civil 3D is preferred.
• Hands-on construction site experience coupled with excellent project scheduling skills; ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively.
• Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, environmental standards, and contractual procedures.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with proven success managing teams in a fast-paced environment; excellent time management skills are essential.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse stakeholders; detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
