Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction scheduling and project management principles. The Construction Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

Duties

• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to align project timelines and resources
• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to plan and safety standards are maintained
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or unforeseen issues
• Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation effectively
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and potential risks
• Lead project meetings, document progress reports, and maintain comprehensive project records
• Identify potential risks or issues early and implement corrective actions proactively

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial construction with a strong understanding of construction scheduling practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and vendors
• Relevant educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
