Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

MYM Construction Company LLC is seeking an organized, dependable Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, takes ownership, and keeps projects moving while maintaining quality, safety, and budget expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and daily construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and inspections.
• Review plans, specifications, proposals, and scopes of work.
• Monitor jobsite progress, workmanship, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, material delays, and construction issues.
• Track project costs, change orders, and progress updates.
• Communicate with company leadership, field teams, and homeowners.
• Oversee punch lists, final walkthroughs, and project closeout.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain organized project records.

Qualifications

• Previous construction project management or superintendent experience, preferably in residential or custom home construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local jobsites.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position based in Glade Valley, North Carolina.

The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Compensation

Based on experience and qualifications.
