Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tomah/Sparta/LaCrosse/Baraboo, WI. This position oversees construction projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site coordination with crews, subcontractors, and suppliers. Typical responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring budgets and costs, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety standards and regulatory compliance. The role involves regular site visits, tracking progress, resolving issues, updating stakeholders, and maintaining clear documentation and reporting. The Construction Project Manager collaborates with internal teams and clients to keep projects on scope, on schedule, and within budget.

• Candidates should possess practical Budgeting skills related to construction projects.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

• Relevant experience managing construction projects, preferably in residential or commercial building, is beneficial.
• A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
