Construction Project Manager (Commercial Kitchen)

Job Summary
Our client is a U.S.-based company specializing in commercial kitchen and foodservice solutions. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial kitchen projects from planning through completion.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on commercial kitchen construction and on-site project management experience who understands commercial kitchen equipment, installation requirements, and the coordination involved in bringing a project from plans to successful completion.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, suppliers, installers, and clients to keep projects on schedule, resolve issues, and ensure that equipment and installations meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial kitchen construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, suppliers, installers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, materials, equipment, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Ensure commercial kitchen equipment is properly specified, delivered, and installed according to project requirements.
• Review project progress and ensure work meets quality, safety, and specification standards.
• Identify potential issues, delays, or project risks and develop practical solutions.
• Follow up with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Ensure all parties are aligned on project scope, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Track project details and proactively address issues that may affect successful project completion.

Non-Negotiable Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in commercial kitchen construction with actual on-site project management and team coordination. (MUST HAVE)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial kitchen industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial kitchen equipment, including installation requirements.
• Highly proactive with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box in challenging situations.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, engineers, architects, suppliers, installers, and other construction or foodservice professionals.
• Proven ability to manage project timelines, materials, equipment deliveries, and installations.
• Detail-oriented and committed to understanding every aspect of the project to ensure successful execution.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
