This is an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing commercial construction team delivering high-profile ground up projects valued at $20M+. Description

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial performance
• Oversee project schedules and drive milestone achievement
• Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Administer contracts, change orders, procurement, and risk management
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support project team development

Profile

• Proven experience delivering multiple ground-up commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
• 5+ years of Project Management experience within a General Contractor environment
• Strong tenure with established commercial construction companies
• Experience in sectors such as mission critical, industrial, office, healthcare, senior living, multifamily, hospitality, education, or retail
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, project controls, and contract administration
• Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
• Excellent communication, client management, and leadership abilities
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
