What You’ll Do:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Manage projects from pre-construction through completion
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and costs
• Identify risks and implement cost-saving strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in construction estimating and project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software (Job Tread or other equivalent CRM)
