Construction Project Manager (Texas or Midwest)

For our client, we are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee retail construction projects from planning through close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, and deliverables stay aligned across each phase. The position partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving forward, manage risk, and maintain clear visibility into progress. Frequent travel across the U.S. is expected to support project execution at multiple sites.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $132,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of retail construction projects
• Collaborate with teams to define objectives, deliverables, and scope
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Manage project phases from design to close-out
• Travel frequently to various project sites across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of project management experience
• Current PMP certification preferred
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
