Project Manager / Estimator – Architectural Precast Concrete

Jackson Precast, Inc., a commercial construction manufacturer specializing in architectural precast concrete, is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join our team in Jackson, Mississippi.

The position will be responsible for managing precast concrete projects from estimating and award through production and completion. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural and structural drawings and specifications, performing material and quantity takeoffs, preparing estimates, coordinating shop drawings and engineering, communicating with general contractors and project teams, and monitoring projects through production and installation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience reading and interpreting architectural and structural construction drawings
• Experience with construction estimating and material/quantity takeoffs
• Strong organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal production personnel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software
• Architectural precast or concrete experience is preferred but not required

A background in commercial construction, concrete, structural steel, masonry, architectural products, or a related field would be beneficial.

This is a full-time, in-office position with an established precast concrete manufacturer serving commercial construction projects throughout the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
