Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Overview

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager/Estimator to coordinate construction projects from initial bid development through completion. This role combines construction estimating and project management, including reviewing plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating project resources, and monitoring schedules, budgets, quality, and safety. The successful candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, blueprints, schematics, specifications, and bid documents to understand scope and identify project requirements.
• Prepare and review quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor pricing, schedules, and potential project risks.
• Coordinate project planning and execution, tracking scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Work with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to clarify project details and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project records, estimate documentation, schedules, and progress updates using construction management software.
• Apply strong time management and organizational skills to balance estimating deadlines with active project responsibilities.

Experience

• Demonstrated construction experience in project management, estimating, or a related role. Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of construction estimating methods, project coordination, and construction documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and schematics.
• Experience with project management practices and construction management software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.

Pay: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
