Harmon, Inc.Drive critical project tasks and processes to completion by leveraging independent judgment and strategic collaboration.You will manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors. You will collaborate and engage stakeholders at all stages of a project's lifecycle to ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedule are upheld.POSITION DESCRIPTIONYour top priority is to drive critical project tasks and processes resulting in process compliance and profitability.

• Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a project's lifecycle to ensure a project is on track and profitable.
• Completing tasks to ensure regional leaders can predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
• Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmon's best practices.
• Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.EXPERIENCE
• Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business
• 5-8 years' experience in project management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
