NOW HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER / QUALITY CONTROL FIELD EMPLOYEE

Branham Builders is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, experienced Project Manager / Quality Control Field Employee to join our team.

We build approximately 15–20 new homes per year, 5-10 remodels/additions. This position will play a key role in keeping our projects organized, productive, and built to the standards we expect.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly in the field alongside our subcontractors
• Coordinate & perform daily and weekly tasks to keep home builds moving efficiently
• Monitor job progress and help keep projects on schedule
• Perform quality-control inspections throughout the build
• Make sure subcontractors are completing work correctly and to Branham Builders’ standards
• Identify issues and help coordinate solutions before they become bigger problems
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Branham Builders team
• Help maintain clean, organized, and productive job sites

Experience Needed:

You should have hands-on construction experience and be comfortable working across multiple trades, including:

• Framing
• Basic electrical
• Basic Plumbing
• Flooring
• Trim work
• Hanging and installing doors
• General residential construction
• Cabintry

We’re looking for someone who knows construction, pays attention to detail, takes pride in quality work, and can hold subcontractors accountable while keeping projects moving forward.

This job will have heavy hands on field work at the beginning stages of employment, then will transfer to more of a managerial/project hands on punch list role.
