About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Planner / Scheduler to build, maintain, and analyze critical path schedules for active construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and sub-contractors to translate engineering plans into actionable timelines, track field progress, identify delay risks, and implement schedule mitigation strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop baseline master schedules
- Perform schedule variance and time-impact analyses
- Execute resource leveling
- Prepare executive progress reports to keep projects on track and within budget
- Track field progress and identify delay risks
- Implement schedule mitigation strategies
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven scheduling experience on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and blueprint reading
- Professional certification (PSP or PMI-SP) is a plus
