Construction Project Production Controller

We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Production Controller to monitor and control project progress, production activities, resources, and schedules. The role ensures that construction operations follow approved plans, production targets, and established procedures while maintaining productivity, quality, and timely project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Closely monitors and controls project production, work progress, schedules, and deliverables against approved targets;
• Tracks manpower, materials, equipment utilization, and daily accomplishments to ensure efficient resource allocation;
• Coordinates with the Management, Engineers, Foremen, Finance, Procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution;
• Monitors compliance with established work processes, construction procedures, and project requirements;
• Identifies delays, production bottlenecks, resource shortages, and deviations; recommends corrective actions;
• Reviews daily and weekly production reports and compares actual accomplishments against planned targets;
• Monitors material consumption, productivity, and project performance to minimize waste and operational inefficiencies;
• Ensures timely submission of progress reports, production records, and project documentation;
• Conducts regular follow-ups with responsible personnel to ensure accountability and timely completion of activities;
• Reports project status, production variances, and operational concerns to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction project control, production monitoring, or project coordination
• Experience in structural steel works, fabrication, erection, or industrial construction projects is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, progress monitoring, productivity tracking, and resource control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project monitoring tools
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, firm in monitoring, and capable of enforcing accountability
• Able to manage multiple activities and work under pressure
