Construction Quality Control Inspector (Head Office - based)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Engineering or Architecture, preferably related to construction.
• At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
• Strong ability to identify issues and anticipate potential problems.
• Good conflict-resolution and coordination skills when dealing with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with project teams.

Willing to be assigned to our Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors and follows up on open Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensures timely closure.
• Maintains and updates the Quality Assurance System (QAS) portal.
• Checks the completeness and accuracy of quality checklists and testing records.
• Conducts regular audits of quality testing equipment and coordinates maintenance or replacement when needed.
• Consolidates and ensures the timely submission of weekly CQC reports, including materials testing and checklist monitoring.
• Ensures that checklists are updated and aligned with current work procedures and method statements.
• Maintains records of testing, quality information, and project metrics.
• Monitors the inventory and expiration dates of waterproofing and other construction materials.
• Coordinates with engineers and managers regarding quality requirements and NCR closure.
• Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors for equipment calibration and procurement.
• Processes billing related to equipment calibration and the purchase of quality testing equipment.
• Participates in safety initiatives, toolbox meetings, and daily site inspections as required.
