Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee construction quality activities for large-scale capital projects in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment.
• Serve as the field construction quality authority, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes, and quality standards.
• Develop, review, and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and construction quality documentation.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality issue resolution.
• Perform field inspections and verify construction work against Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, specifications, and approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, quality documentation, and compliance reports.
• Support Mechanical Completion activities, construction turnover, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, project management, and contractor teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, including ASME, ASTM, NFPA, and ISO.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in field construction quality management or a similar quality leadership role on large capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience in construction quality within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction inspection processes, ITPs, NCR management, and quality documentation.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and field installation activities.
• Familiarity with Mechanical Completion, project turnover, and handover processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Lebanon, Indiana, and support a schedule of 40+ hours per week.

Pay Scale:

Anticipated hourly pay range:

$110/hr - $125/hr on W2
