Construction Research Executive

About the role

Research construction projects in Malaysia, verify the details by phone, and record the information into our internal platform.

Key responsibilities

• Research construction projects across Malaysia, including new projects and updates to existing ones.
• Find out the current status of each project, the companies involved, and whether the contract has been awarded.
• Call construction companies, developers, contractors and consultants to confirm project details and identify the persons in charge.
• Record all findings into the MyBina internal platform, our in house database system.
• Keep records accurate and up to date. Update existing projects when new information is confirmed.

About you

• Degree Holder or Diploma
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable making phone calls to companies.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Our subscribers are the suppliers, contractors and consultants who sell into construction, and they rely on us for three things about every project we track: who is involved, what stage the works have reached, and which packages have already been awarded. That information is researched, verified and maintained by our team, project by project, across all 13 states.
