Job Title: Construction Supervisor Safety

Company: P&G Proctor and Gamble Ltd.

Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 8+ Years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech And Safety Diploma (Mandatory); NEBOSH Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction site activities, ensuring full compliance with safety standards and protocols.

• Coordinate with P&G teams, contractors, and stakeholders for safe and efficient site execution.

• Monitor and control site safety performance; ensure adherence to industrial, electrical, and fire safety norms.

• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and implement mitigation actions where needed.

• Lead daily/weekly safety meetings and prepare safety reports and presentations for management and clients.

• Enforce statutory safety compliances and propose continuous improvement measures.

• Collaborate across departments to integrate safety practices into all site operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of industrial, electrical, and fire safety.

• Hands-on experience in construction site safety management.

• Familiar with safety regulations, audits, and compliance procedures.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred.
