CONSTRUCTION SALES ADMINISTRATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Avenue Road Roofing, a leader in residential roofing and exterior services for over 50 years, is seeking a professional, detail‑oriented Sales Administrator to support our customer service and sales operations. This role is ideal for a mature, career‑focused individual who thrives in a fast‑paced construction office environment.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent, clear, professional English communication (written and verbal)
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in construction, trades, or home‑services
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Professional and courteous manner
• Ability to learn construction‑related software quickly
• Positive attitude, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills
• Criminal background check

Key Responsibilities

• Administration of sold jobs and customer files
• Sales documentation and reporting
• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Entering leads and job specifics into customer service and job sales software
• General office duties and administrative support

Schedule

• On‑site at our Toronto office (Dufferin/Lawrence)
• Full time: Monday to Friday 8 AM – 4 PM
• No weekends or statutory holidays
• Reduced hours may occur in the off-season for roofing ( Dec–Feb)

Compensation & Benefits

• $23–$25/hr, based on experience and qualifications
