Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Details We're looking for a smart, competitive, relationship-driven professional who enjoys both numbers and people.

You'll learn the technical side of commercial construction—reading drawings, performing takeoffs, building budgets, and developing proposals—while also building relationships with customers, attending networking events, following up on opportunities, and helping win new business.

What You'll Do:

Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes

Learn to perform takeoffs and develop project estimates and budgets

Prepare pricing, bids, and customer proposals

Build and maintain relationships with customers and general contractors

Follow up on active bids and sales opportunities

Attend customer meetings, industry events, and networking functions

Track opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline through CRM

Collaborate with project management, operations, and field teams

Develop an understanding of commercial construction, project costs, and market pricing

What We're Looking For:

1–5 years of professional experience preferred

Background in B2B sales, account management, business development, recruiting, commercial real estate, insurance, logistics, equipment rental, medical device sales, or another relationship-driven field

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, Excel, and detailed information

Competitive, curious, coachable, and motivated by results

Strong organization and follow-through

Interest in learning construction and developing technical expertise

Desire to grow into greater responsibility and leadership over time

No previous construction or estimating experience is required. We're looking for someone with the horsepower, personality, and drive to learn it.
