Construction Sales Representative

Are you a motivated, self-driven sales professional looking for unlimited earning potential? We are seeking a Construction Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout Southwest Florida, servicing clients from Marco Island to Sarasota.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting new people, and taking control of their income. If you're comfortable networking, generating your own business, and closing deals, we provide the support and project management team to handle the construction once the contract is signed.

What You'll Do

• Generate and develop your own sales opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Meet with prospective clients in person and communicate professionally by phone, email, and video when needed.
• Understand each client's project goals and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Prepare and present proposals, answer client questions, and negotiate contracts.
• Close sales and obtain signed construction agreements.
• Conduct a seamless handoff of signed projects to our Project Management team for scheduling and execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting new clients face-to-face and speaking confidently over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to generate your own leads and consistently build a sales pipeline.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Construction or home improvement sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
