Conduct initial client consultations to understand project scope, budget, timeline, and technical requirements.
Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and engineers to prepare accurate, competitive bids, proposals, and cost estimates.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations to executive stakeholders, boards, and project owners.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with company margin requirements and risk management policies.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to cultivate long-term relationships, encourage repeat business, and gain referrals.
Serve as the primary client advocate during pre-construction, ensuring clear communication between the client and internal project managers.
Address client concerns or scope changes promptly to ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track local market trends, upcoming infrastructure/commercial projects, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and revenue metrics to executive leadership.

Negotiation & Closing: Strong deal-closing abilities with experience navigating multi-stakeholder approval processes.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Licensing/Travel: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client sites, project locations, and networking events.
Preferred Qualifications
