Oneida Property Remodeling & Restoration LLC is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Construction Sales Representative who can help us turn opportunities into signed projects and keep our crews busy.

We provide residential remodeling, home improvements, property maintenance, lead abatement, weatherization, and related construction services throughout Mid-Michigan.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. The more profitable work you help bring in and close, the more opportunity you have to earn.

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners and prospective customers
• Respond to and follow up with sales opportunities
• Schedule and conduct customer consultations
• Help customers understand their project options
• Follow up on estimates and proposals
• Develop referral relationships and new business opportunities
• Help turn qualified opportunities into signed projects
• Maintain communication with prospects throughout the sales process
• Work with Oneida's estimating and production team to move sold projects into the schedule

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in people with backgrounds in construction sales, remodeling, roofing, windows and doors, home improvement, real estate, automotive sales, insurance, restoration, property services, or other performance-driven sales environments.

Qualifications

• Michigan Residential Builder Salesperson License or ability and willingness to obtain the required license
• Sales, business development, customer-service, or client-facing experience preferred
• Construction, remodeling, home-improvement, restoration, roofing, windows/doors, HVAC, real estate, automotive, insurance, or other high-ticket sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable meeting homeowners and discussing construction/home-improvement projects
• Comfortable following up consistently and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Professional appearance and customer communication
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Oneida's Mid-Michigan service area
• Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure
• Ability to maintain accurate lead, appointment, follow-up, and sales records

Compensation

100% Commission — Wonderful Earning Potential

This is a performance-based sales opportunity. Compensation is tied to successfully sold/scheduled business under Oneida's commission plan.

No artificial earnings ceiling. Strong producers will have the opportunity to earn more as their sales volume grows.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
