Role Description We are looking for an experienced Construction Salesman to work with qualified leads, meet with clients, understand their project needs, present solutions, prepare proposals, and close residential construction and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate is confident, motivated, highly responsive, and experienced in selling high value services.

Qualifications

• Construction, remodeling, home improvement, roofing, decking, or related industry experience
• Proven sales and closing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with homeowners and clients
• Self motivated and results driven
• Strong follow up and customer relationship skills
• Comfortable with a base salary plus commission compensation structure
• Must be located in or willing to work in the North Atlanta area

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
