Construction Scheduler

Job Title: Construction Scheduler

Location: Reading, PA (on-site)

We’re seeking motivated, detail-oriented Construction Schedulers to support a portfolio of construction projects. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, early-career professionals, or individuals with construction experience who want to build a career in project scheduling.

Schedulers will partner with Project Managers to develop, maintain, and update schedules across approximately 30 projects at various stages, from early planning through active construction and project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for infrastructure related construction projects.
• Use established scheduling templates and Primavera P6 to build schedules, import project data, and make updates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review progress, track milestones, and maintain accurate completion forecasts.
• Manage schedules across multiple projects, including infrastructure upgrades and replacement programs.
• Perform schedule quality checks and support reporting and data analysis using Power BI.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and update project schedules based on progress.
• Monitor schedule changes and help identify potential impacts to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Education or background in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Construction experience, project coordination, or quality control experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and Power BI is beneficial but not required for candidates with strong potential.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
