We are looking for a skilled service technician who can perform a thorough home inspection, provide regular maintenance on Acculevel products, assess the repairs made, investigate the customer’s complaint, and determine the best course of action that will lead to a satisfied customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years with the building trades, preferably in foundation systems, water drainage, and concrete work. (but not required, we will train)
• 3-5 years of customer relations experience is preferred
• Plumbing and/or electrical knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Build & maintain relationships with customers & co-workers
• Be an expert on all Acculevel products/services
• Resolve conflict with unhappy customers (empathize)
• Evaluate potential misdiagnosis or under-diagnosis of an issue
• Present the best and most accurate solution to the homeowner
• Negotiate costs of new or additional work that may have become necessary

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Problem-solving skills are a must
• Active listener (understand customers needs)
• Adaptable (able to think on your feet)
• Ability to work independently without a lot of supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Physically able to inspect crawl spaces, basements, etc.
• Comfortable using or being trained to use customized software & technology
• Background checks and drug screening are part of our hiring process.
