Job Summary

Wichita Home Works LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Services Company team member to support a variety of construction and home improvement activities. This role involves assisting with project preparation, materials, tools, job-site organization, and general construction service tasks while helping maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction crews with daily project and job-site activities.
• Prepare work areas, tools, materials, and equipment for scheduled tasks.
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and supplies.
• Support skilled workers with general construction and home improvement tasks.
• Assist with measuring, positioning, carrying, and assembling materials as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout each project.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Help with site preparation, cleanup, debris removal, and material organization.
• Transport tools, equipment, and supplies between work areas as needed.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.
• Assist with routine maintenance and project support activities.
• Follow established workplace and job-site safety procedures.
• Report damaged tools, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
• Work cooperatively with team members, contractors, and project personnel.
• Provide dependable support to help projects remain organized and on schedule.
• Perform other construction service duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, home improvement, maintenance, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks safely.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of workplace and construction safety practices.
• Ability to handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in different indoor and outdoor job-site conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks safely.
• Reliable attendance and punctual work habits.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
