Construction Site Admin (Document Controller)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Admin Assistant cum Document Controller who will be able to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations team on site, ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations by maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, processing documentation, and monitoring key operational indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to site management and project teams
• Maintain and update site records, employee attendance, leave records, and manpower reports
• Prepare and submit timesheets, overtime records, and other workforce-related documentation
• Coordinate site logistics, accommodation arrangements, transportation, and office supplies when required
• Assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions
• Liaise with internal departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, and IT on administrative matters
• Manage the receipt, registration, filing, distribution, and archival of project documents
• Maintain the document register and ensure all project documents are accurately recorded and updated
• Control document revisions and ensure only the latest approved versions are circulated and used
• Compile and prepare periodic project reports as required by management
