Job Responsibilities

• Site Administration – Manage daily site paperwork, filing, permits, attendance, and project records.
• Document Control – Prepare and maintain drawings, reports, inspection records, purchase orders, and other project documents.
• Coordination – Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on administrative matters.
• Procurement & Accounts Support – Assist with quotations, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and payment documentation.
• Progress & Reporting – Update project schedules, manpower records, material tracking, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (sales admin / project admin)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
