Job Overview

Align Construction Ltd. is looking for an experienced Construction Site Foreman/Woman to supervise and coordinate construction crews and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews.
• Supervise workers and construction projects.
• Coordinate and schedule construction-related activities.
• Coordinate work with project supervisors, managers, and the office.
• Monitor productivity and quality of work on site.
• Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice.
• Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Estimate costs and required materials.
• Requisition materials and supplies.
• Oversee apprenticeship training.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Previous experience supervising construction workers or projects is an asset.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Flexible hours
• Overtime available
• On-call availability may be required

Work Location

This is an on-site position in New Westminster, BC. Remote work is not available.
