CONSTRUCTION SITE HR ASSISTANT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check subcontractors' submitted endorsement and HR requirements, and direct subcon representative to go to Medical, Safety, and Operations teams in such order.
• Collect accomplished information sheet after mandatory safety orientation; issue temporary pass; prepare an( issue PVC project pass IDs to subcontractor workers.
• Supply and update all required information in the OSMS (Online Staff Management System) for subcontractor profiles.
• Assist ADM -HR Main Office in all JV employee related concerns and general behavior requirements aligned with company policies; and ensure all concerns from employees are given appropriate feedback to resolve issues promptly.
• Accommodate HR related inquiries from JV and subcontractors alike, and monitor day-to-day HR activities within the project site.
• Assist the site admin officer in providing and managing the daily administrative requirements needed by other departments, as well as subcontractors' clients, like company documents, operational permits, facilities management, dispatch and IT services.
• Submit weekly/monthly report to ADM-HR -Main Office.
• Perform other related tasks or duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in construction or any related field
• Willing to be transferred from one site to another if requirements arise
