Duties

• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools on-site to keep operations running smoothly
• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out basic tasks such as mixing materials, cleaning work areas, and preparing sites for construction activities
• Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and adhering to site safety guidelines
• Help with site cleanup, waste removal, and maintaining a tidy work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Operate simple machinery and equipment under supervision, such as forklifts or power tools when trained and certified
• Assist in setting up scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures as needed
• Support the team during various phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions carefully
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures on construction sites is preferred
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is advantageous but not mandatory
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
