CONSTRUCTION SITE LEAD III

Are you an experienced construction professional with strong site leadership, contractor management, construction execution, and project coordination skills? We are seeking a qualified professional to lead site construction activities and ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and promote a strong safety culture
• Lead the site team in executing construction activities in line with project objectives and specifications
• Oversee fabrication, construction, hookup, and mechanical completion activities
• Coordinate site safety, technical, quality, and construction personnel
• Manage day-to-day interfaces with contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Coordinate construction activities with Production Operations, Drilling, and other projects
• Support construction planning, procedures, and execution strategies
• Resolve construction-related issues and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and Management of Change (MOC) requirements
• Ensure effective materials management and mechanical completion processes
• Participate in lessons learned and project close-out activities
• Provide progress reports, updates, and recommendations to project leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction planning, execution, and project completion
• Previous construction site leadership experience on major capital projects
• Strong contractor and site management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality, and project execution requirements
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and contractors
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites
