Construction Site Manager

About the role

Lead and coordinate site operations to ensure smooth daily construction activities. Manage and oversee deployment of general workers on-site to optimize workforce efficiency. Maintain site access and safety throughout the construction period. Monitor work progress and resource utilization to meet project timelines. Control and reduce material wastage through effective monitoring. Interpret project specifications, technical details, and construction drawings to guide work execution. Plan and schedule work activities, material requisitions, and project coordination tasks. Document project progress and maintain accurate records for management review. Implement proactive measures to monitor and control project costs, preventing overruns. Lead and motivate a team of operation staff to achieve project goals.

About you

• Five (5) years of working experience in the construction industry
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; Diploma holders with relevant experience and proven track records will also be considered
• Independent, diligent, meticulous, and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
