Construction Site Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire building project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
• Manage site operations, including coordinating activities, materials, and team performance, while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and facilitate effective communication with design, commercial teams, and stakeholders.
• Lead safety initiatives, team development, and maintain site standards for safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance.

What you will need to succeed:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with Main Contractor experience.
• Skilled in interpreting drawings, specifications and reports, with a proactive approach to logistics, site operations and problem solving.
• Excellent communicator, capable of working independently or in team environments, within fast-paced settings.
