We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The Construction Site Manager will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring project schedules are met, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site.
• Coordinate construction activities with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
• Enforce adherence to OSHA standards and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and overseeing procurement processes using HeavyBid or similar tools.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking; address issues promptly.
• Review construction schedules regularly to identify potential delays or conflicts; implement corrective actions proactively.
• Oversee the review of construction drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project progress, safety incidents, change orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in commercial or heavy civil projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols.
• Proficiency in construction management.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for accurate on-site execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of contracts management and project scheduling techniques.
• Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead crews safely and efficiently while maintaining high morale.
• Experience supervising large-scale projects with a focus on quality control and schedule coordination.
• Knowledge of construction regulations pertinent to commercial projects along with pipeline or heavy civil experience preferred.
• Must have truck and tools.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
