Construction Site Manager position available with Murlock Construction for site in Dublin area

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to specification
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors and trades, coordinating works across all packages
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and client on progress, issues and quality
• Manage site programme, resourcing and materials to keep works on track
• Oversee quality control, snagging and handover processes
• Chair site meetings and report progress to senior management

What You'll Need:

• Degree/trade qualification in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline
• IT literate, including MS Office and MS Project or similar.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management best practice
• Confident managing subcontractors, site teams and multiple work packages
• Experience on industrial, commercial or mission-critical projects an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Full Clean Drivers Licence
• Safe Pass/Manual Handling
• Resident in Ireland with EU passport or Stamp 4 visa (Sponsorship is NOT available for this role)

Pay: €65,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
