Construction Site Manager

Site Manager – Residential Development Location: Harrow, London Salary: £48,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Greenvista Developments Ltd is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our construction team and manage the delivery of a 33-apartment residential development in Harrow, London. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site and report directly to the Company’s management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day construction works on site. Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors and site operatives. Monitor progress and ensure programme deadlines are achieved. Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings and required quality standards. Manage site Health & Safety, including RAMS, site inductions and toolbox talks. Coordinate site inspections and maintain relevant site records. Resolve day-to-day construction and coordination issues. Liaise with consultants, Building Control, subcontractors and suppliers. Report progress and key issues to management. Requirements: Previous UK Site Manager experience. Good knowledge of UK construction and Health & Safety requirements. SMSTS. Valid CSCS card. First Aid qualification. Residential construction experience preferred. Good communication and organisational skills. Mandarin Chinese speaking is preferred but not essential.
