Job Description

• Coordinate and review C&S, architectural, M&E and infrastructure drawings to ensure proper integration between different disciplines.

• Supervise and monitor daily construction works, including structural, architectural, M&E and infrastructure works.

• Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

• Liaise with consultants, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and drawing discrepancies.

• Monitor project progress, workmanship and construction schedules to ensure timely completion.

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality control activities in accordance with project requirements and QLASSIC standards.

• Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection records, drawing revisions and other project documentation.

• Coordinate drawing submissions and revisions using AutoCAD where required.

• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Civil & Structural Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.

• Relevant working experience in high-rise building and/or infrastructure projects.

• Knowledge of construction drawings, site coordination and construction methods.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, especially for drawing coordination positions.

• Experience in quality assurance and quality control (QAQC); QLASSIC Assessor qualification is required for the QAQC position.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and project teams.

• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, project specifications and site safety requirements.
