Construction Site Superintendent

Job Requirements:

• 7-10 years progressive experience in General Contracting as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor.
• Ability to run commercial, light-industrial, mid-sized projects valued at $1M-$10M with limited supervision.
• All-weather construction experience on ground-up projects.
• Trades background (carpentry, concrete, finishing, service or special projects work) is preferred.
• Ability to read prints, measurements and layouts.
• Competency in areas of safety, administration, workforce management, cost/quality control, administration, and project execution.
• A strong understanding of other trades and disciplines as they relate to workforce planning and site coordination activities.
• Proficiency with computers, email communications, progress reports, and online safety tools/forms.
• Project management skills and understanding of core principles construction (safety, budget, schedule, & SOWs)
• Demonstrated strategic planning, problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
• Your relationship building skills and collaborative approach have allowed you to build trust and grow your network of professional and innovative partners.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with positive results.
