Construction Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure the project moves forward according to the approved schedule.

• Workforce Management: Direct and manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and trade crews, assigning daily tasks and tracking attendance.

• Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (such as wearing PPE) and perform routine hazard inspections to prevent accidents.

• Quality Control: Inspect completed work regularly to verify that it meets blueprint specifications, building codes, and quality benchmarks.

• Resource & Material Handling: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate material deliveries, and minimize on-site waste.

• Reporting & Communication: Act as the primary link between field workers and office management by submitting daily progress logs and handling on-site issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision.

• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, time management, and verbal communication abilities.
