construction site supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and air-conditioning installation works.
• Lead, guide, and train foreign workers to ensure proper work procedures.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workers' performance and productivity.
• Ensure work quality, site safety, and project progress meet company requirements.
• Coordinate with management and report site issues, delays, and work progress.
• Monitor the use of tools, equipment, and materials at the worksite.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to read and write Chinese.
• Experience in construction or air-conditioning installation is an advantage.
• Able to lead, manage, and communicate effectively with foreign workers.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to different project sites as required.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
