Duties

• Participate actively in comprehensive training sessions covering construction fundamentals, safety procedures, and equipment operation
• Assist with site preparation tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, and organizing tools and supplies
• Support skilled tradespeople by performing basic tasks under supervision to gain practical experience
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment
• Learn to operate construction tools and machinery safely as part of your skill development
• Contribute to team efforts on various construction projects, demonstrating enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
• Complete training assessments and progress reports to track skill acquisition and readiness for increased responsibilities
