Role: Construction Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain construction-focused software applications and related hardware at job sites
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to construction teams
• Train teams on best practices for using software tools
• Troubleshoot system issues and assist with cloud-based deployments
• Document service activities and collaborate with developers and project managers
• Ensure the delivery of reliable, high-performing tools to enhance productivity on complex construction projects
